Fermented in the bottle french style from our
Hunter River Chardonnay grapes. Pale gold in colour with a
clean fruity nose and a crisp finish.

Hand picked fruit from the Rosebrook
Vineyard has been coupled withmodern wine making techniques to
produced this distinct fine bodied Chablis style wine. The wine
has been matured on yeast lees in new French Oak barrels for a
six month period. Ideal for consumption with fish and salad.

Stored in French Oak for 6 months. Smooth oak finish. Drink with
fish, white meats and salads.

This wine made in same style as
the award winning Chardonnay 2004 and should age similarly.
VERDELHO 2007-
Fermented
in steel vats. Fruity white table wine.
Goes well with Asian foods, stir fries, fish dishes and Thai
foods.
SHIRAZ 2006
Made from hand picked fruit from
low yielding Hunter vines to produce this big Shiraz with
peppery and blackcurrant characteristics, and high alcohol. Rich
plum colour. Aged in oak 18months. Ideal with pasta and
red meats.
LATE PICK VERDELHO 2007 (375ml)
The grapes for this
wine have been left on the vines to dehydrate concentrate
the sugars. They are hand picked and
there whole bunch pressed to produce the sautern style desert
wine with tropical fruit flavours.
LIQUEUR VERDELHO (375ml)
(Silver Medal)
The wine has honey and floral
characters with tropical fruit flavours and a warm alcohol
finish on the palate. Ideal with cheese, fruit platter or
sweets.
LIQUEUR MUSCAT (375ml)
(Bronze Medal)
A fortified wine showing the spicy
Muscat aromas but smooth on the palate with a touch of
sweetness. Ideal with cheese or fruit platter or after the
evening meal to relax.
MORPETH WINES
BRUT
A Bubbles.
Medium dry style with fruit characters.
Fantastic with Wild Hibiscus Flowers.
SOFT RED
A soft medium dry fruity red table wine. A Cabernet
Sauvignon, Shiraz Blend. Not left on the skins long, so not much
colour or tannin.
Light red, pop in fridge in summer and have
with a BBQ.
ROSE 2007
Ros’e,
medium style table wine. Fresh strawberry aromas and the
palate is smooth and fruity. Finish is balanced with crisp acid
and a hint of sweet fruit. Made from Shiraz grapes. In making
the rose the juice was pressed from the skins immediately after
harvest and made like a white wine.
Drink this with cold or
light meat dishes or with salads. Great
to dink cooled on a hot summers day.
BOTRYTIS SEMILLON 2005
White desert wine smooth
with honey and apricot on the nose and citrus and apricot on the
palate. Great with cheeses , fruit platter or just relaxing.
VELOUR
CREAM
Sweet desert wine
Bailey’s style. Hazelnut/ Chocolate flavour. Drink on its own,
with ice, milk; add to coffee, desserts, etc.
TAWNY PORT
Sweet red desert wine
.Around 10 years old port. Lighter than a Muscat
TOKAY
Sweet red dessert wine. Fortified with grape brandy.
Lighter and sweeter than a Muscat.
